To All; Here's an interesting idea for those of us plagued by unwanted e-mail and are looking for further justification for WAVX's product. An avowed user of e-mail, Gates said he expects that medium to become widespread in the future. But one questioner asked him if there was a negative side to the increasing use of electronic communications. Yes, he admitted. But there's hope ahead. We'll have more control. Electronic mailboxes won't be stuffed with junk e-mail. ''You will define what the rules are for who could use your address, who could get things in your e-mail box,'' he said. ''For people you don't know, you could set up a financial threshold. You will have to pay me 50 cents if you want to put something in my mailbox.'' That suggestion drew loud applause.
