Derek,

The financial information is expected by the middle of April. These will be the audited numbers that will be used to continue with the effort to become a full reporting company. And I hope we will hear about sales soon also. BANY puts out a shareholder letter about every three months. Many of the sales projections lately include the sales numbers from the Patriot Group.......the company BANY is trying to buy. As the deal is not competed yet......it would be difficult to project anything.

So "soon" is the best we can do. I'm sure BANY is well aware that investors want to hear about these things "yesterday".

Derek,

To follow up on your other question --

I didn't watch EUTO enough to know what caused the spike you were referring to. Maybe some of the posters who were involved with that stock could give you a better answer.

Rob or Mike - can you give us some help with this one?

Derek...forget about the short squeeze. Don't ever base your buy on a possible short squeeze...because they rarely happen. Do your DD on BANY and decide if you think the company will be deserving of a higher value in the future. Decide how long into the future the stock should move due to increased earnings...and then buy and hold for that time. When the earnings come in, that value goes up and the shorts, if there are any, will leave. Until then...a short squeeze is always possible...but it seems more likely that the stock will remain at this level until some news is close to release. The MM's always now when the news is coming out far in advance of any of us. And they will know what the news will be...good or bad.

If the Patriot deal really does move this company to a $3,000,000.00 a year company, then the stock will move higher. That's when the shorts will be gone. Until then, unless we get some big stock buyers coming in the stock price hangs out here.

...just an opinion.
