Hi, I'm new to the RA thread, found it via a reference to WMB. I wanted to give you some fundamental validation on your WMB purchase. There was a major news release after the close today that a lot of investors have been waiting for as it opens the door for Williams to finish the acquisition of MAPCO and expand into more unregulated energy markets. Note that earnings are due out APR 21. Message 3868326 Note that I am long Williams and have been holding my breath through the recent retracement. BTW - I really enjoy this threads balanced fundamental/technical approach. I try (in an amateurish sort of way) to do this myself by screening for small growth companies with low institutional ownership, accelerating earnings, good relative cash-flow versus industry, recently increased earnings estimates and a few other criteria. Then I use TA to try and time entry into the position. The hard part is getting out...I really haven't found any good exit criteria other than a combination of stop-loss or fundamental change.
