twx is a stock symbol. the concept is ivod over the cable attached to your tv, my understanding of the lawsuit differs from that espoused here. i was told by the company that the contract specifically noted that the government would not receive the discount unless it acted by a certain date. it did not. however, the settlement by the others involved does confuse me somewhat. worst case, on the other hand, i have also been told is several hundred thousand dollars.
