Jeff, you beat me to it, and I'll admit with much more information as well. The SEC filings confirm that Bob has indemnified the co. for any final judgement (if any) by the plaintiffs. But, hey, I'd take a whack at suing for $27mm, too. In fact, I better put down my scolding hot cup of McD's coffee before I do something stupid.
