He still believes that CWRC is making progress towards financing. I believe that he believes this. And it is probably true. Bill Patrowicz is working as chairman of CWRC and continues to pursue financing for the casino. The other guy who bailed from HOPR, Larry Berman, is supposedly also still involved. Patrowicz has given nobody who is talking a reason as to why he resigned from HOPR. His release statement said it was because of not being able to obtain casino financing. If that were true, why is he still working for Country World Casinos and pursuing the financing? WHAT GIVES, PATROWICZ?????
