No, he knows exactly what he is doing and saying. By portraying the company as worthless it wards off other suitors and makes it available to be acquired for little or no money. The foregoing is why your buddy's comments that tend to denigrate or belittle the efforts of Tom Child, so offensive!

Luton: We have heard some outrageous assertions from the dark group. They have distorted our public company, its potential, denigrated the staff. Over the past ten years the company has compiled great value in a number of areas. It is being taken from its rightful owners by a devious scheme, just for greed's sake. What an opportunity here for the industry to pitch in, do itself a favor business-wise, and gain support of we, shareholders for a long time to come! Let's hope the court realizes where justice falls here and enables that industry leader to come forward to rectify all this unnecessary instability. DD
