.........these cuts will be passed, just a matter of when. when these are passed, we will see the beginning of the japanese bull market. the small companies and entrepreneurs need capital to start new businesses to get the economy into a risk taking mode. these will help.

.......as you have noticed fidelity and merril are now selling funds in japan. i am thinking of wading a bit into nomura securities. i think they are the most forward thinking of all of the japanese brokerages, from what i have read. since they have deregulted this sector first, it might be time to wade in and buy a smidgen. thoughts??
