Craig, Yes your idea sounds very feasible, and would probably speed things along, and would definitely cut costs. It would require quite alot of thought however, involving back-up etc. Meaning, developing an answering sequence to handle the back-up, and transferring the load through each system. One situation it wouldn't work would be in answering questions about computer set-up, as people trying to get their system up an running would not be able to go through the downloading steps etc. But ongoing tech help wouldn't be a problem. I believe that SYD has a number of great opportunities within this market for their various messaging products, and the uses seem almost limitless. Regards, Ric
