I'm in on this pup. IP telephony is the wave of the future. As domestic carriers build out the IP backbones DGIV will be a natural partner or acquisition to move into international presence. Add to this the obvious cost benefits of IP telephony versus today's old a tired circuit switched networks and I believe you have the makings for strong upside. This companies contractual work alone (access to overseas markets) alone warrants a higher valuation. Like I said - I in! Gary
