My I give you my 2 cents about Intuit? First of all I have been looking for a e-mail address for investor relations or the chairman but could not find one in there web site, If anyone knows it please post. Thank you. IMHO I think internet shopping has a way to go. I never bought anything on the internet until a Intuit salesman convinced me to download a product of theirs. I unfortunately did and it did not work. I spent my precious time late last night (and a long distance phone bill) trying to get some customer assistance. Finally a person (not voice mail) told me that a lot of people experienced the same problem that I had and should try a different number. The person at that number refused to help me and said I had to wait till 10:00 today for help. I went to the website to try to reload the product but it was down!!!! I finally had to order it over the phone hard copy. I do not have any position in this company. I am just notifying the investors here that myself and a bunch or customers (according to some customer relation guy at Intuit)had a problem downloading software and now the site for the reload is down. Internet is good for research and discussion I think the analysts are dead wrong that it will replaced retailers in the near future. I think Intuit has lousy customer service and if they can't sell products over the net they shouldn't. This was not a speedier purchase that going into a store this took a lot more of my valuable time. They should also learn to stack retailers so there shouldn't be stock outs. I would not be long this co.
