Premise is really a question on not only the ability to grow, but the ability to market, the ability to know and be known in the industry as not only a player with good stuff, but "THE PLAYER" with good stuff. These are attributes of a CISCO or INTC in their respective industries, frankly because of size and marketing. TRMB, I believe, does not enjoy these attributes, but would in a merger. I am not saying that this must occur ... it can happen over time, but that is typically slow. TRMB is way further along the curve than a lot of these tech's that must merge or die, despite the technological edge they may have on their competition (take for instance MRSI with their flat panel equipment edge ... too small to truly take advantage of this yet).

Hope this helps to show what I was thinking ... may show the error in my ways! <GGG>
