Rick -- Let me reiterate that I am definitely in agreement with your concerns about the 10 filing. True, we need a $4 price to get NASDAQ listing, but there will be no $4 price without a 10 filing...not in the current environment of the Bulletin Board and fears of pink sheeting. A year ago, before the proposed changes, sure...not now.

I can't tell you how many threads I read where posters say: XYZW is a good stock but they need the 10 filing.

Even though I was late to agreeing (only a few weeks ago), the absence of the 10 will limit this stock's performance.

Richard....that quote from Millis has bothered me ever since I first read it. It's like saying, "Go ahead and put the 3 points on the board and then we'll kick the field goal!" The only problem with that is it seems that Lucy is holding the ball. Sorry for using such an often-used analogy, but it seems to fit all too well. Just my 2 cents worth.

P.S. You know, if Charlie Brown would "accidently" kick Lucy upside the head the next time she pulls that stunt, she probably wouldn't attempt it again! Which brings us to the whole issue of crime and punishment. Some other time, maybe.
