I found the information that you are looking for. Page 30 in the Ames annual report covers the issues about the warrants.

Series B expires Dec. 30, 2000 and has an exercise price of $5.92 / share. No series B had been exercised as of the printing of the last annual report.

Series C is traded on NASDAQ good through Jan. 31, 1999. Exercise price is $1.11 / share.
