Just as nuf posted, Va Power's remote meter reading system is being supplied by Itron. The corporate mouthpiece I spoke with at Va Power said the announcement was posted by Itron last summer (again, just as nuf said). The Va Power spokesperson simply said it was done on a bid process and Itron had the best combination of price and product for Va Power's particular needs. He wasn't sure whether or not other products would be used in different conditions (geography or population density). He was not able to comment on any other manufacturers or their products.

I wasn't part of any selling today. A lot of volume though, I guess the stock could have been hurt worse.

I hope I didn't scare anyone out, I thought I should post the Virginia Power thing as it is so close to the Comverge product.

A little good news from Comverge would smooth the waters.
