Two interesting chart situations AIPN and WIRL. AIPN has major anticipation of news driving it. More than 80 trades both up and down just a few minutes ago. If it breaks out it will be in anticipation of major news from Kazakstan oil field. Anyone who buys needs to watch trades carefully, the news could be diffficult to understand. May run up and back down if the news is not as it seems.WIRL has heavy volume today.
