Hi Craig,

no exchanges.
only the names will change.

the symbol KIWT, which now represents the class D shares, will
become the symbol LVLT.
...the class D shares become Level 3 shares.
clean and simple.

as far as where Level 3 might begin trading, no one really knows.
but more than a few of us look for it to gap up on opening day.
