Laurens/ Wizard: Laurens:I'm preparing an e-mail, too. Thanks. I too have Kosta to thank for his "research" on UMSI. YES, we should ALL do our own research & YES all investments are risks, but we pay a fee to people like Kosta and expect them to supply us with accurate basic information. NOT! On a personal note, did you get my last e-mail response to you (about 2 weeks ago?) Wizard: RE the possibility of a UMSI take-over by some new investor.. It would make sense if UMSI has a product and current management are simply crooks who came in and destroyed UMSI's potential for their own profit. My question is whether or not UMSI even HAS a product. Did they bilk Asian equipment buyers with the same hot air used on stockholders? Does anybody know for sure that the equipment was more than assembled, pre-machined parts? Wally
