Off-Topic. Are there certain stocks that I can't place buy limits on?
If so, how do I know which stocks?

Lone Star,
I think you are correct. The semi-equip market appears to be
getting weaker every day on continued warnings and diminishing
expansion budgets. With INTC postponing the new fab in TX to
2002 and re-strategizing their technology requirements to 300mm
and sub 0.18uM they have admitted that the market for their
products is softening further, IMO. This delay gives them time
to consolidate, plan and re-target their future production
strategy/requirements going into the next century/technology
evolution. Intel is the "catalyst/harbinger" for the semi-sector,
and this decrease/delay in capital equipment spending indicates
things are just not rosy at the moment or for the immediate future.

Just my opinion,
BB
