Hi Dave,

Short term indicator has certainly turned to the downside. If the turn is continued, it is not a good sign, since the stock was unable to break the $70 level. With the 1st quarter now at a close (fund managers having done all their frentic buying to be at sync with the market), it wouldn't be a surprise if demand fell off while smart money holders take profits until Dell's report for the quarter. OTOH, 57.5 is way in the money, and IMO (assuming April puts), quite safe (FWIW) :-)
