Welcome Jon. Of your milestones, NRT just signed a CEO which I hear Maedel's newsletter really likes (and at first blush he seems like the right man for the job to me too). As far as the other two things, I don't know, but today's action may be telling us something. I can't remember a day where NRT traded up 1/4 at midday. FJA

Dear Jon, Firstly I'm glad that you are in the money. Actually I'm glad that we are all in the money and I think that we will make even more the longer we hold our stock. On Friday NRT traded through its all time high of $1.88. Nortran has officially passed that hurdle, now anything is possible. As for my predictions, I think they have the potential, but I have no inside track into Nortran's future plans. I hope ( as do we all ) that those points come true but if and when is anybody's guess. Sorry I couldn't be of any more help. PS. Welcome to the thread and keep posting. Paul
