Malcolm..

Thanks for the long reply
I was just on the phone with Daniel J. Mendez
asking about the capitalization of the company
there are 200,000,000 shares authorized, a float of
31,000,000 shares and about 56,000,000 outstanding
as of now..There is a pending deal according to Mr. Mendez
that would result in 175,000,000 shares to be outstanding;
however, this deal has not and may not be concluded.
This was the only info on capitalization I could get..
no mention of debt or any preferred shares.

I also understood that the "retail" licences that the
company has (18 I think he said) allows the company to
distribute gas nation-wide, but this would not be possible
without one or more substantial jv-partners which would
dilute current shareholders..

My initial reaction is there is enough here to acquire a
core position at current levels and then trade around it.
This is a 10 year to fruition company IMHO.

Malcolm,

I find no problem with your post. But, it is clear to me you have not done near enough PERSONAL DD on the company or your insight into the stock and it's possibilities would be much different.

To say you invested on the say so of someone else is not exactly my idea of personal DD and is a poor way to make a business decision. JMO

As JP, has suggested to all investors or would be investors read the thread and read the web site. Learn to gather your own information and don't rely on anyone besides yourself. What is right for me may not be right for others.

ALL STOCKS carry a risk. I have bought many so called "Blue Chip" companies that are now sitting on the floor of the trading pit. That is a chance I took when buying it. There are no guarantees in this game.

Every person must do what they feel is right for them. But, I for one am tired of all the hand holding that some investors seem to require. They stand out like sore thumbs and why do they need reassurance? BECAUSE they have not done ENOUGH if ANY real tuff Due Diligence. They are shirt tail investors. They ride on the shirt tails of those they think they can trust. I don't want anyone riding my shirt tails. I may be making the biggest mistake of my life and I don't want to be responsible for others who blindly follow.

If you want to know the numbers, get cracking and dig them out. When someone asks me about the numbers on Largo, I KNOW they have not bothered to scrounge the web site! It is all there for the taking and if you are not happy with what you see don't invest.

To compare FONR with Largo, shows a real lack of DD, JMO.

Best of wishes to you Malcolm in any and all of your investments. I would only wish the best for anyone that enters the stock market. I is a dog eat dog arena to be sure.

Dusty
