Bruce: What do you think of NGPSF. It is a Canadian Global Positioning Company similar to Analytical Surveys that looks like a cup handle breakout.

Bruce,
I would like your opinion on PolyMedica(PM). Trading volume picked up last week and Friday was a very interesting day. 87,000 shares traded with 60,000 shares crossing at the close, at the ask price. They have within the past month gotten three strong buy recommendations from brokerage houses.
Any input would be appreciated.
