I recall a coupla years ago clomipramine made the evening news as a Wood Pill. I'd never take it; tricyclics are a dirty buncha meds. But if I had to do Vasomax II, it'd be a clomipramine/trazodone blend, with a pinch of methylphenidate to combat the Post-coital Roll&Snore symptom. An instant-release formulation in a convenient twelve-ounce size would require a partnering effort with the Anheuser-Busch corporation. Hey, that's pretty good! Who wants to help me patent Xylomax?
