I recall a coupla years ago clomipramine made the evening news as a Wood Pill. I'd never take it; tricyclics are a dirty buncha meds. But if I had to do Vasomax II, it'd be a clomipramine/trazodone blend, with a pinch of methylphenidate to combat the Post-coital Roll&Snore symptom.
An instant-release formulation in a convenient twelve-ounce size would require a partnering effort with the Anheuser-Busch corporation.
Hey, that's pretty good!
Who wants to help me patent Xylomax? (xylon = Greek for "wood", uh huh huh huhuhuh...)The Xylogen IPO is gonna be hot hot hot...
an'I gots Innalectural Property!

Hank, if you can take off your Zona bashing hat

The following sentence is from one of today's press releases about Viagra.

<<<Viagra should not be used by patients taking nitrates in any form, including the heart medicine, nitroglycerin.>>>

Can you, or any of our MD lurkers comment on what this means - what types of meds include nitrates, how does this impact on the ED population (over 50).

Thanks for any serious answers.
