Tulvio,

Those numbers refer to the numbers of end-users using Cymer in one capacity or another. From pilot line(one or two DUV tools), to full production(one or more fabs with maybe five to ten tools). Some of the largest companies on the list have five or more fabs. So it is hard to arrive at the number of fabs using DUV based on the number of customers.
