Larry,

Don't know off hand who owns HCM, will try to find out. Looks like the lull in their activity in the Bigfoot field was probably due to geological and engineering evaluation. As far as a horizontal well in this field, it would be determined by well spacing and existing well location and formation characteristics. Possibly a short radius horizontal (horizontal displacement of about 250') might be feasible. Will try to get some geologicals of the field to determine who has structural advantage.

My opinion is same as yours, CAYC is not interested in OLEX's current production, but of the potential production and reserves held by OLEX leases.
