Charliss, This also is an attack on Banyan Corporation.....and it's long term shareholders. I am very interested in why BANY was the targeted stock of this bogus E-Mail. It is not a secret that Tokyo Joe Mex does not favor Banyan at this time....... If you have an association with the individual who has done this, please continue your efforts to expose and prosecute. Although the dollar amounts involved are somewhat small, the idea that behavior like this will be tolerated is hard to stomach. Please share whatever you find with the Banyan Corporation. I will be most happy to provide the phone numbers and contacts. Please E-Mail me with any insight you might be able to provide as to the motivation behind this hoax. thanks, bg

While you are talking with your attorney I would have her do something else. In order to cover your own butt have her look into the SEC regulations on stock manipulation. If this qualifies ( and I am not an expert but it is awful close if it doesnt) the penalties apply to all involved not just the stock picker. can include jail time, forfeiture of all profits as well as fines etc. it would be worth the dollars to get a professional opinion and know how stable the ground you are walking on is. Just a thought from an observer
