Juanita,

<<I'm sticking with TNRG....although I don't own much so
that's not saying too much....but I do like the thought
of the Navy.>>

I agree with you that the thought of a Navy deal can be
very, very lucrative...I worked on the configuration of
DEC's largest PC sale ever..at that point, and it was to
the Navy!$$$$$$$$ And, now with the Clinton administration
seeing that even though the cold war was over...there are
other major threats in the world and the U.S. needs to
expand its defense budget! Just look at how many ships we
moved in or around the Persian Gulf this year. TNRG's
"Sea Eye" project seems to be pretty impressive with it
using neural network inversion theory and the 3D finite
element method to detect moving bodies in the seas and oceans.
..and it looks like not only the Navy is interested..but also
research scientists from Columbia University!

<<I also like what was said in the releases about possible
stock dividends being paid.>>

Hey!That's a good point..owning TNRG can help one to diversify
ones portfolio...just by them issuing stockholders shares in the
companies that they acquire and spin-off:

"It is anticipated that on a long-term basis some of its
acquisitions may be spun-off to Tianrong shareholders via
stock dividends"

<<Maybe I'll end up owning more than my little 1000 shares.
That'd be cool.>>

Maybe you will..as you sound pretty "cool" yourself!:-)

In the meantime...we have a short sqeeze to experience and
some revenues to be generated by major contracts and then
what I am counting on for full appreciation of the stock...
is NASDAQ listing!

Shawn

PS: Has anyone heard from Alan Markoff..concerning the projected
timing for NASDAQ listing?????
