BPP, BORL is showing what some call a coil on the chart and should break out soon. Resistance at 10 is there but has been worked, so if/when it breaks 10 it could see 13+- pretty quickly. I have a n/t target of 17+-. Downside? At 9+- there is none. A breakdown from 9- could see it go as low as ~7 1/2, but there are many strong technical reasons against such a move at the moment.
