Aleta, we all need to do our own DD. We also need 'fresh' information in the form of financials, and other PRs that explains the direction being set by management. Until then, let's all stop the senseless bantering.

I have a question . In your mind at what age do you stop being useful? I will take twenty five years of experience any time.He has proven management skills. A great record with past companies.Do you really think he would throw away his good name so he could pad the nest. I dont know how old you are nor does it matter .I ask you would you consider your parents less useful at fifty or fifty-five or is it sixty or sixty-five when should we ignore their experience.Did your parents sell out your good name at retirement age ? Just curious when is retirement age now a days?
