Price is as good as it gets, I think.

Think about it, one day before the tournament and look at this price. Don't think we have the same BAAT mentality here. Think they are mostly day traders out there. You would think today the price would go up. I have friends going to tournament, reliable, so we will see what really happens and see the quality of the tournament too. Hope it doesn't rain.

My unbiased advice, call course day of tournament, make sure it's happening and be ready to sell anytime during day. Can't imagine any good prices by end of week.

Also, very important, weather is getting worse, check out Phoenix weather, course is 40 miles north of city. It was cloudy, now it is mostly cloudy. Rain on Sunday. Don't know what they will do if the tournament is delayed, Traditions starts events Monday and Tuesday.
