Strange that RNTK gives no date on its home page. Please see #396 & #446 (very early on, this thread). Punch up the url given in #446. (I think the beginning date in #446 should be Dec 10, not Dec 1).
Your question may have been lost in the balloon/gas enthusiasm!!

Anax--if you look carefully, you will see this talk was given at the Bloomberg Conference--dates Dec. 10-12, 1997.
