In response to your question let me say first that I am long in the stock-I bought it at 13 3/8 last year. I do feel that the laser will be approved. I believe that the stock is going up now because that is the general feeling and there is now a definite date for the hearing. However, I think that when it is approved there will be tremendous selling by those who have bought recently on the expectation of approval. What you will see, IMO, in a classic example of buying on the rumor (of approval) and selling on the news. I hope to be out with a profit before the approval is announced.
