You buy when it's down ,, and you make sure it really is the bottom ,, and see the stock at consolidation of over 4 weeks at same flat line,, then you know it's the bottom ,,and then you ask ,,why it's bottom ,,then you find out one bad year ,, but people like Red Chip Review has a buy on the stock ,, you buy at low and sit on it for a while ,, where is it going but up ... ITEC (Nasdaq) Growing revenues and earnings at a nice pace. Lower earnings last Q due to integration of a major acquisition. Recently completed a successful product launch. Clearly undervalued at current price. Major customers include or have included, but are not limited to, Integrated Device Technology, Inc., Matsushita Electric Company, Ltd. (Panasonic), Minolta Company, Ltd., NEC Electronics, Inc., Canon USA, Inc., Apple Computer, Mita Digital Design and Xerox Corporation. Business Summary Imaging Technologies Corporation and its subsidiaries develop and license laser printer controller technologies, develop and market monochrome and color proofing devices and distributes memory cards and a variety of other products. For the six months ended 12/31/97, total revenues increased 14% to $17.5 million. Net income totalled $1.8 million vs. a loss of $809 thousand. Revenues reflect reflect increased sales from Prima and NewGen. Earnings also reflect the Company's cost controls.
