I don't know why the current 13D's were filed but it is interesting that the number of shares indicated in the 13D's match up with the number of shares indicated as being owned in a SB-2A that was filed on 7/25/96. This filing can be accessed at the Free Edgar site. Janseen & Meyers Associates were shown as owning 1,689,500 shares in the SB-2A and the 13D filed on 3/27/98 . Meyers was indicated as owning 849,500 shares in the SB-2A and in the 13D filed on 3/26/98. Jenseen was shown as owning 840,000 shares in the SB-2A and in the 13D filed on 3/27/98. Again I don't know if there is a requirement to report something that had been previously reported, but I question whether these are new buys.
