Kerry: I know nothing of the housing situation other than the God-awful experience we had renting my mothers estate -- it might have been easier, cheaper, and certainly less destructive to have set fire to the place. Logically, with ever increasing population there is increasing housing need. Most projects that I have seen, particularly federal-state tax supported housing, have fallen to wanton destruction by the occupants. Cynical? I guess I'll put my money into something else. Ciao, Ted
