Mike, << I think it really should have stopped raining by now. >> Have you kept up with the latest satellite images? True enough, as the press release says, the rain has let up, but if you look at the weather satellites/forecasts, they are still getting quite a bit of precipitation over there. I've been in this for over a year. As all of the rest of the GE fan club must be, I too am disappointed about today's news. Disappointed...... but not surprised. The reason I'm disappointed in it is NOT because I smell anything stinking, rather because I wanted to tell CIMA "I told you so" about the report. (All in jest, CIMA) The truth is that I'm disappointed because this is the moment that all of us (I) have been waiting for..........and waiting for.........and will keep waiting for. The moment of truth. But, as always, GE will come through. My interpretation of what the Company has done is probably different than most. I think they already know how much gold they are going to report. Maybe there are a few loose ends in the report itself, maybe not, but it is not unlike GE to be late on their reporting......Let EDGAR be my witness. A company needs the support of its shareholders. But if you were a company, would you prefer to have shareholders that sold out at the first sign of trouble, or those who will have faith in you and in their gut feelings and stick with you? Granted, we don't know all of the details and this type of thing has happened quite a few times. However, the Company has always come through. I think that there's been enough public exposure that if something were "stinking" in Bolivia, the whole world would know by now. GE is just weeding out the squeamish shareholders and transferring the shares (and in turn the company) into more stable and supportive hands. Golden Eagle breaks the "Opportunity Only Knocks Once" rule. Take advantage of it!!! Chau -------- El Tiburon
