I have heard that several times that they are a "fully reporting company". But they have never had up-to-date financials. Over the winter they had fairly timely Reg-S reporting. However even with that, they didn't report the first one until 3 months after the fact. Not "fully reporting" if you ask me. I can't remember off the top of my head if this is the year end report or just a quarter report. Even if it is a year-end, they would need to submit it shortly. Yes, it would be interesting to see what they did with all of that money. Take care, Eric
