In keeping with the Visioneer vs. Storm scenario, Storm has had
an increase in short interest. Additionally, they are issuing 3 million shares with a possible dilutive effect as part of a privately placed equity financing (related to Logitech scanner line acquisition last year). Further, according to the same SEC documents, they are in the middle of a shareholder class action lawsuit for materially misrepresenting company prospects for the future. Most interestingly, they are also in serious danger of being delisted by NASDAQ (they currently don't meet the required equity standards). There were also two recent board resignations and one of the founders resigned his executive position (remains as Chairman).

Visioneer never looked so good!

Best,
