Rocky, I received an annual report in the mail today which stated. Mr. A and Mr. K "intend to retire from the board following our forthcoming annual meeting". SR

Rocky, there are only 10 board members including the CEO. 3 members are leaving which to me means there will be a lot of changes made in the next few mo. The annual meeting should be very interesting. I can see some angry shareholders screaming for change. SR
