Al,

My strategy is simple. At 12:55 pm pacific on March 31 1998.
I am going to buy the FQCQF puts on NXTL and watch it fall.

Regards,

Sounds like there are a lot of impatient people around. The stocks that have "no earnings and have tripled" in the last few months are all internet stocks and are highly speculative, and their performance really doesn't seem to make sense. NXTL though is up 90% over the last 12 months and 25% over the last 3 months. Not too bad, I'm not complaining.

Rome wasn't built in a day and neither will NXTL. There are a lot of huge brokers behind NXTL and our day in the sun is just beginning. Patience is the name here. When NXTL keeps chugging along a lot of the internet high flyers will come down to reality for a breather. Plus, we might get bought out!

Dear Al, No my name's not Gutkin but I do have that peculiar sensibility from living in the Diaspora for the last thousand years or from owning Nextel, whichever is longer. Yes I have owned it since it's symbol was CALL and I've enjoyed reading your entries more than owning the stock. With your absence, the spirit moved me to express what I was feeling in my gutkin rather than the looong view. But, I agree with Phil...if this adds number does not result in a new price trading range then I'm finally out with the willingness to get back in at 25-26. Yes I will unapologetically predict that Nextel will fall farther than the market in a correction. Regards from Eric, who has held a long time for short term gratification.
