TrainDriver,

with penny stocks, most online or brokerage houses require cleared funds before a trade can happen. you might not be able to trade until you have an account like that.
(just a guess, 'cause I ran into that myself.)

TrainDriver; E-Trade will not have the decimal system in place until June or July 1998. Trades for shares less than $1 need to be in increments of 1/8 on the internet. If the share price is less than a dollar but not equal to 1/8 increment, you can trade through their brokers for the same fee at 1800/786-2575.

I use NDB (National Discount Brokers) and can enter decimals. $19.75 flat trade no share limit for pennies, 1 cent a share for orders over 5000 for listed stocks. You can do multiple trades per day for that price, as long as you're on the same side(buy or sell).

Now, you tell me. Is this a reverse merger with WOTD?

I too use Etrade and have made many purchases using decimals. However,
the only way to do so is call 1-800-786-2575 and let them enter the order for you. You will not be able to enter it yourself and because of this they will not charge you the additional $15.00 broker assistance fee. You may buy or sell unlimited number of shares for $19.95. There is only one drawback, you usually have to wait on the phone for around ten minutes to place an order. Once the order is placed you may cancel the order via internet. Orders may be placed anytime between 8AM and midnight eastern time, Monday through Friday. Hope this helps, good luck.
