Thank you, James. Many on this thread make one feel comforatable, here. We only need to look at a couple of "other" threads to know what not to do. And in reference to your comments concerning DD, hard questions and so forth, I believe in any investment there is a crossing point between fundamentals and faith. You can only go so far with either, respectively. Choosing how far is what brings risks and rewards. Sometimes you get the banana. If not, the little hat and cup are always there. Thanks again. Bob
