JohnyH: It seems that if they continue to stop the trading of ATXI, then anyone wanting a piece of this merger would have to buy into FAMH as a OTC:BB stock for now. If that's how it works, it seems like good news for us. (JMO)

Anybody know anything about this stuff?

Glad to see the halt of ATXI. I called ATXI to verify the merger since I had seen no ATXI announcement but no one was available to give me an answer. Has anyone confirmed with ATXI??
