Attn:The Bruce Galton Fund,

The Bluestone financial advisor contract was initiated on Sept. 5,1997 for 6 months. The initial term ended on March 5, 1998.

Shareholders questions:
1)Was it renewed?
2)If it was. What were the terms of the renewal?
3)You hire financial advisors among other things to give a stock SUPPORT. Bluestone has obviously not given any stock support. Why then would you renew the contract?
