ANNOUNCES FINANCING COMPLETED VANCOUVER, March 27 /CNW/ - Glenhaven Resources Inc. Alberta Exchange Symbol GNN Glenhaven Resources Inc. is pleased to announce that the private placement announced on March 3, 1998 has closed. The financing raised $970,000.00 through the placement of 4,850,000 special warrants at a price of $0.20 per special warrant. Each special warrant is convertible into one (1) flow-through share at no additional cost. A finders fee is payable. The proceeds from the financing will be used to fund exploration on the Taiga property in the Yukon Territory. Glenhaven holds an option on the property to earn up to 60%. In 1997 a reconnaissance late season drill program resulted in discovery hole REN97-08 intersecting a 5.3 metre section grading 1.42% nickel and 0.7% zinc. Glenhaven on behalf of property optionor Blackstone Resources is proposing an extensive program of drilling and surface work during 1998. Glenhaven is currently exploring the Taiga Project, Yukon Territory and has other projects under review.
