Hi Gary-

It's been my impression that PTI is sensitive to the rate of change and something that doesn't match the way PTI is "tuned" is going to get an inaccurate evaluation. That may fit with what you're saying. The many Type 1 trades I took a couple years ago were heavily weighted toward breakeven. I lost $$$ not too often, but the winning trades were often just barely that. What I often saw was an ABC sequence instead of the high-probablility W5 (PTI > 35), so I had to be quick to get out. In hindsight it was during a time the market was putting on the brakes and went into a range, so maybe that's an element missing here. I don't recall that I saw big W5 moves very often when PTI had been low, but I didn't make any effort to keep track of that either.

As far as MANU is concerned, I still can't look at a chart because I don't have data loaded. Hopefully next week I'll have this setup distraction out of the way.
