BellBoy --

You are no fool. And I appreciate the LILCO history. I know they're close to signing the final papers with some public entity after which they'll be free to be bought. As to who, there have been all sorts of rumors. Energis is just one.

What's really humorous is that they pay dividends. What's that????

Have a great week-end!

Pat

[Re: LILCO & "Cost Advantage"]

<<<They don't have a competitive cost advantage due to being a union shop.>>>

BellHead -

I continue to be amazed at how you never, ever pass up an opportunity to present your own personal biases as "fact".

Let's see now...so the, poor, helpless MANAGEMENT of LILCO is totally, absolutely blameless, eh?

Continuing your "logic", this means that, despite the super-human efforts of BellHead management types like yourself, Bell Atlantic will NEVER be able to compete with non-union companies.

Right?

It must be rather nice living in that special little (and I do mean "little") world of yours...nothing but fresh air, and sunshine, and people exactly like yourself for self-validation.

Have a nice day, buddy.
