BellBoy -- You are no fool. And I appreciate the LILCO history. I know they're close to signing the final papers with some public entity after which they'll be free to be bought. As to who, there have been all sorts of rumors. Energis is just one. What's really humorous is that they pay dividends. What's that???? Have a great week-end! Pat
