IOM Bargain?

Let's think about this again. Iomega is showing all the signs of a company on the cusp of a big growth slowdown. Iomega pre-announced a loss. There may be more announcements made like this at the CC. If they report numbers as bad as pre-announced, then at its current stock price IOM's PE will automatically pop into the 20's yet again, leaving more room for the stock price to fall.

Of course, all of this isn't even including little things like Sony into the mix. Just contemplate what is going to happen to IOM the day Sony says that HiFi is shipping. Even the inevitable Castlewood Orb announcement (reportedly soon) will have enough weight to cause IOM to crash through whatever support levels it enjoys.

A Board in chaos, no CEO, slowing sales, an aging product line, and many other concerns make IOM a great short candidate. Sure the Large Caps have run up to obscene levels. But there are other small and mid Caps that are much more attractive to buy than IOM.

I disagree. Right now, IOM has a bloody nose. It's trailing PE with the upcoming loss factored in is still well above 20. When IOM is below $5, that is when it can start screaming bloody murder, and people may notice.
