I listed several things to look for with regard to software product companies. If I've stepped on your stock I'm sorry. Based on the press releases, and my own DD, I wouldn't touch this one now and if you hold it... good luck. Even our man Joe stated that the revenue on the deals made should be revised downward. This one will sink fast or stay steady in the next several months. Too many red flags. None of what I stated was conjecture. Just a description of how deals r done in the software biz. I thought that is the kind of stuff we should be talking about here. I know you don't know me from Adam, but believe me, this is the way it works in a business that I've been in for almost 20 years. I'm glad you did your DD. The things that I described might help others do their own DD and evaluate BS press releases in the future.
